Fercell Weima UK re-launches the much improved compact dust filter for briquetting presses

The re-launch of the ELSTER silo filter provides an economical and space-saving dust extraction solution for the briquetter press.

Developed by Fercell Engineering Ltd, the pollution control engineers, the ELSTER range of silo filters are designed specifically for use with the “C”, “HD” & “TH” Series of briquetter press.

ELSTER eliminates the requirement for a separate filter unit and delivers real benefits:

  • Automatic material loading (no manual loading from sacks/bins/forklift)
  • No costly alterations to existing local exhaust ventilation systems
  • Automatic filter cleaning without closedown further increases efficient
  • Frees up valuable floor space

Ideal for confidential paper data destruction, woodwork manufacturing and powder processing.

Using cartridge filter technology and an automatic pulse jet cleaning system, the ELSTER provides constant filtration without the need to shut the plant down for a cleaning cycle.

Although it has only been a couple of weeks since its official re-launch the ELSTER is already proving a success, with orders already placed.

Weima Briquettes can be safely stored, used as fuel for wood waste heating systems, or bagged up using Fercell 1, 6, 8, 10 and double 8 automatic bagging systems for this purpose – and sold to industrial, commercial and domestic markets as an extra source of revenue.
