FERCELL Engineering Ltd specialises in the following activities:
Dust and fume extraction, heating and ventilation, size reduction, sorting technologies and occupational/LEV services.
The management of the company recognises the importance of maintaining the highest ethical standards possible in the conduct of its business affairs. Following the Fraud Act 2006 and the Bribery Act 2010, Fercell Engineering Ltd has a zero tolerance to fraud and bribery. Whilst it is not anticipated that any fraud, bribery or corruption will occur, any instances will be thoroughly investigated.
Fercell Engineering Ltd prohibit any form of bribery, in any form, by individual employees or the company in order for gain. However, this is not to impede appropriate Corporate Entertainment guidelines, i.e. normal hospitality; and expected levels of service.
Key areas to be aware of:
- Excessive gifts, entertainment and hospitality
- Facilitation payments
- Reciprocal Agreements
- Accurate record keeping
By being mindful of the above, employees can minimise the exposure to fraud, bribery and corruption which as an employee of Fercell Engineering, individuals are obligated to report and instances they believe to be involving the above.
