ST BENCHES

The Fercell ST suction bench is designed for sanding, grinding,
polishing and cutting operations, either manually or with
portable tools. The ST is self-contained, with an in-built
fan, filters (main and secondary) control and cleaning
system.
The particle laden air is drawn down through the perforated top and into the
multi-stage filter, the filtered air is exhausted back into the working area,
reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency. |
The cleaning system is a reverse pulse-jet,
forcing a short blast of compressed air through the filters, in
the opposite direction to the suction, helping maintain performance
and filter life. The ST is fitted with a small air receiver tank,
ensuring that the exact volume of air is available for each cleaning
cycle.
The waste collection is via a twin drawer arrangement, which is easily removed
for disposal.
There are 2 models in the range, with working areas ranging from 2m² up
to 2.5m²

CB TABLES
The CB is a down draught suction table, with interchangeable connection
points for connection into a centralised or independent system
(see Fine Dust Filters). Manufactured from formed galvanised sheet
steel and incorporating a corrugated galvanised perforated top,
it is suited to sanding, grinding, polishing and cutting operations
of heavy component parts.
The CB has a full canopy, top, back and sides (hinged doors)
increasing efficiency and lighting arrangements.
There are 5 models in the range, with recommended air handling
volumes from 1780m³/h up to 5346m³/h and working areas ranging
from 0.9 m² up to 2.9 m².

BA
BENCHES
The BA has been designed for the suction and filtration of fume and
dust generated through numerous industrial processes, including welding
and grinding.
The BA is supplied with removable side and back connection walls,
which increase capture efficiency, due to the suction channels which
run vertically within the walls.
The particle laden air is drawn into to the main structure of the
bench, where it is pulled through the filter cell/s by the (optional)
RP centrifugal fan set.
When supplied with fan set the bench is completely self-contained,
requiring only connection to mains supply and exhaust vent duct.
Manufactured from heavy gauge formed, painted, sheet steel and incorporating
heavy gauge channel top, the bench is capable of supporting weights
of 350 kg/ m².
The BA is ideally suited to welding, linishing, grinding, and cutting
operations of heavy component parts.
There are 3 models in the range, with recommended
air handling volumes from 4,000m³/h up to 11,000m³/h.
