KWIK-FIX
GALVANISED STRAIGHT DUCTING

Kwik-fix straight ducting is
manufactured from prime quality galvanised sheet steel, with
a single longitudinal laser welded or lock formed seam joint,
ready for use with Kwik-Fix connection rings.
Kwik-fix straight ducting can be manufactured to special order in other gauges,
materials and dimensions than those detailed.

Available from stock in 1000mm and 2000mm
lengths with diameters ranging from 80mm up to 550mm, above 550mmø available
on request.
KWIK-FIX BENDS

Available in multiple segments of 15º with a centre line radius of 1.5 x ø and
delivered galvanised for connection with Kwik-fix connection rings.
Kwik-Fix bends are manufactured from two prime quality galvanised sheet steel
pressed halves and spot welded joints from 80mm up to 400mm (275mm, 325mm and
375mm are segment types).

The smooth internal finish ensures smooth
airflow, reduction of turbulence, lower pressure drop and improved
energy consumption.
From 425mm and above they are manufactured
in 15º prime galvanised sheet steel segments with locked joints.
Kwik-fix bends can be manufactured to special order in other gauges, radiuses,
materials and dimensions than those detailed.
Available from stock in 15º, 30º,
60º and 90º with diameters ranging from 80mm up
to 550mm, above 550mmø available on request.
KWIK-FIX HEAVY
WALL BENDS
Available in multiple
segments of 15º with a centre line radius of 1.5 x ø and
delivered in a grey finish for connection with heavy duty Kwik-fix
connection rings.
Kwik-Fix bends are manufactured from two 45º 2mm
mild steel pressed segments and fully welded joints
from 100mm up to 300mm (350mm to 400mm are manufactured
from three segments).
450mm and above are manufactured in 15º segments with fully welded joints.
Pressed up to 400ø (except 275, 325 and 375ø) Lobster back above
400ø Segments.
Available in multiples of 15° as shown and joined with Kwik-fix rings
KWIK-FIX HEAVY WALL STRAIGHT DUCTING
Manufactured from 2mm mild steel, with a grey paint finish, the Kwik-Fix
heavy wall ducting is designed for high-wear or high-vacuum applications,
ready for use with heavy duty Kwik-Fix connection rings (designed to
carry the additional weight and accommodate the larger flange thickness)
Kwik-fix heavy wall straight ducting can be manufactured to special order in
other gauges, materials, finishes and dimensions than those detailed.
