PF02 DISPOSABLE PAPER FILTER
Constructed from fireproof material, the PF02 is an extremely cost
effective filter media, with a 98.2% filtration efficiency and
low pressure drop.
The PF02 is designed to be used in horizontal rail systems, using
the inertia separation principle (Paint particles are captured and
retained outside the air stream in holding pockets).
The PF02 has a maximum face area of 9200mm x 900mm.
PFHE02 HIGH EFFECIENCY DISPOSABLE PAPER FILTER
Constructed from the same fireproof material as the PF02, the PFHE02
has an additional thin layer of polyester media fixed to the
rear face. The PFHE02 combines the field proven inertia separation
principle of the PF02, with the improved filtration of polyester
fibre, resulting in a filter with superior holding capacity and
exceptional filtration efficiency. The PFHE02 has been designed
for use with any type of liquid or over-spray, with the holding
pockets retaining the paint particles and the polyester capturing
the any remaining over-spray.
The PFHE02 has a maximum face area of 7200mm x 900mm.
DISPOSABLE PAINT ARRESTOR PAD FILTER
The Pad Filter is constructed to create a matrix filtration with
progressive density, it has an open structure on the face side
and a laminate backed exhaust side.
The Pad Filter provides in-depth filtration (not surface loading)
with a high dust holding capacity and achieves minimum resistance
to air flow.
The Pad Filter has been designed for use with any type of waterborne
process and adhesive over-spray, with the holding pockets retaining
the paint particles and the polyester capturing the any remaining
over-spray.
The Pad Filter has a maximum face area of 20000mm x 1000mm.
AIR MAKE-UP FILTRATION
An area which is often overlooked, provision of replacement air is
important for the effective operation of any spray extraction system.
It is recommended that the area subjected to filtration/extraction
receives an equal volume of replacement air to that being removed,
to prevent a vacuum.
The supply of replacement air from either within the working area
or from an external source is not usually sufficient on its own,
additional air treatment is often required such as filtration and/or
heating.
A2/B AIR MAKE-UP PANEL FILTER
The A2/B is a complete filter system, including PF04 filter media,
formed galvanised steel support frame and formed galvanised steel
mesh grill. The A2/B can be supplied for use within the modular
structure of SIROCCO range or alternatively for hung directly
on a wall.
The A2/B can be set up in numerous configurations
to provide the exact area of filtration required for the correct
supply of filtered replacement air to balance any system.
There are 6 models in the A2/B range with air handling capacities
ranging from 6,290 m³/h up to 10,370 m³/h (@ 250mm W/G).

PF04 AIR MAKE-UP MEDIA
Constructed from progressively structured thermally bonded non-woven
synthetic fibre, with excellent dust holding properties.
PF04 is specifically designed for use with supply air filtration
and is supplied in a 20 metre, 1000mm wide 18mm thick, roll.PL AIR MAKE-UP FILTER
The Fercell PL is a comprehensive range of panel filters designed
to be mounted in steel holding frames (incorporating retention
clips).
The PL is available in a variety of materials and dimensions, depending
