KWIK-FIX SWEEP BOX

The Sweep Box is designed to
improve the general working environment around machines where
dust extraction would otherwise be difficult.
Manufactured from
prime galvanised steel, they are complete with safety guard
to prevent large objects from entering the extraction/filtration
system. |
The Sweep Box has a hinged access door, ensuring
optimum system performance when not in use.
Available from stock in standard 120mm.
KWIK-FIX MULTI-WAY SUCTION HEADER

The Kwik-Fix Multi-Way Header is designed to provide an economic
solution to multi-point connection requirements (within a small
area).
Manufactured from prime galvanised steel, they can be supplied in either ‘C’ or ‘R’ format
with numerous spigot size/style configurations.
Each Multi-Way Suction Header is made to order, ensuring the exact requirements
are met. |
KWIK-FIX DUCT SPIGOT END
 |
The Spigot End is designed for the connection of Kwik-Fix duct
components and flexible hose.
Manufactured from prime galvanised sheet steel and supplied complete with 7mm
flange and swaged spigot for improved compression connection (each spigot end
will require a hose clip of matching diameter).
Available from stock in diameters ranging from 80mm up to 250mm, above 275mmø available
on request. |
KWIK-FIX DUCT BAYONET CONNECTOR

The Kwik-Fix Bayonet Connector
has been designed for quick (twist and lock) interchangeable
connection of multiply flexible hoses to a single extraction
point.
Manufactured from prime galvanised sheet steel, they are available as a complete
two piece set or singularly in male and female ends.
As well as the standard dimension connectors they can be manufactured to special
order in other gauges and dimensions than those detailed.
Each connector is made to order. |

With many years ‘capture at source’ experience,
Fercell can supply machine hoods from either their standard
range or can design and manufacture bespoke arrangements to
optimize extraction performance.
Manufactured to order, they can be supplied in various gauges, materials and
dimensions to meet the exact process requirements. |
