but that doesn’t mean that care should not be taken to keep equipment
that way.
With many years experience as manufacturers and suppliers of well-designed
high-quality products, both in the UK and internationally, Fercell aim
to ensure that clients get the full product benefit through after sales
service.
Full after-sales support is available together with optional extended parts
and labour warranty schemes (in some instances such schemes also yield
reductions in the cost of genuine replacement parts), ensuring that plant
is maintained to its original specification and that downtime is kept to
an absolute minimum.
Technical and field service is managed by our fully trained professional
staff, who will ensure your plant continues to provide year after year
of trouble free operation.
Whether your facility has Fercell’s equipment or that of a different
manufacturer, Fercell can carry out preventative and emergency breakdown
servicing, on either an as and when or contract basis.
When an emergency occurs, Fercell provide a prompt call out, keeping down

Time is of the essence and this is something which
as a manufacturer Fercell understands only too well,
therefore Fercell stock a comprehensive range of spare
parts, 75% of which can be despatched on the same day.
While our machines are built for long life, certain consumable parts do require
regular inspection and replacement. A properly maintained machine is more dependable,
safer, and lasts longer. Guarantee a long life for your equipment with our genuine

We provide a full range of replacement items for all Fercell
equipment including filters, motors, controllers, valves,
belts, bearings, conveyor parts, and level controls.
Fercell also carries stock of key spare part components for equipment of
alternative manufacturer and is able to offer upgrades and modifications
to plant that no-longer meet legislation.
