The Fercell Rotary Valves are designed for the most challenging
applications, handling numerous material types. An extremely
efficient and reliable valve, capable of processing large volumes
of material per hour, at atmospheric pressure. |

There are 6 models in the S range, with process volumes from 10m³/h up to
83m³/h (@50% Degree of Filling).
Manufactured from 3mm formed steel and with a paint finish the S Rotary Valve
has 6 rotor blades with hard-wearing rubber vanes (other vane materials available,
subject to process material).
The rotor sealed from the housing and suspended by a bearing and directly connected
geared motor. |

There are 3 models in the
BS range, with process volumes from 60 m³/h up to 120m³/h
(@50% Degree of Filling).
Manufactured from 3mm formed steel and with a paint finish the BS Rotary Valve
has 8 rotor blades with hard-wearing rubber vanes (other vane materials available,
subject to process material).
The rotor is sealed from the housing and suspended by a bearing and directly
connected geared motor. |
