The Fercell Pulsa is designed for the most challenging applications,
which demand larger air volume and filtration capacities
for handling numerous dusts types. An extremely efficient
dust filter/collector, delivering reliable continuous operation.
There are 18 models in the range, with filtration areas ranging from 139m² to
930m², handling air volumes from 8,000 m³/h up to 180,000m³/h.
The Pulsa uses an electronic economiser system, enabling a continuous run cycle
and reduce maintenance requirements. The electronic economiser controls the automatic
C.C.J (Counter-wash Compressed-air Jets) cleaning system, optimising cleaning
times and intervals. The C.C.J cleaning system ensures optimum filter condition/life,
with air pressure and volume constant.
With the various waste discharge options, the Pulsa can be specified for bin
collection or for powered discharge/conveyors for additional waste processing.
The Pulsa benefits from a galvanised heavy gauge, pre-fabricated, formed steel
construction, enable speedy erection and installation
.
The Pulsa filter performance enables the recirculation of filtered air back into
the process area, promoting cost savings through energy efficiency by the return
of treated air (heating or conditioning). |
