The Fercell FEP powder coat
booth is designed to meet the most challenging demands, handling
numerous types of powder dusts. An efficient and reliable modular
booth system, ensuring fast on-site construction and easy installation.
The
FEP maximises operation visibility, powder transfer efficiency
through intelligent application apertures (automatic gun
slots and manual openings), vestibule design and collection
arrangements. |

There are 5 models in the standard range,
with various options for use with manual, semi-automatic, automatic
and conveyor systems.
The Fercell FEP powder booth
has been designed to enable rapid colour changes and efficient
powder recovery, using the Fercell FX cyclone separator and
the Fercell FEX filter unit. |

FX CYCLONES
The FX high efficiency cyclone enables the recovery of expensive powder
coat materials, improving cost effectiveness. The extracted powder over
spray is separated from the extracted air, prior to reaching the filter
plant, by means of cyclonic separation. The powder is collected and held
in a plastic liner in the collection point of the cyclone, were it is easily
removed and re-used.
There are 5 models in the range, with air handling volumes from 2,550 m³/h
up to 5,600m³/h.

FEX FILTERS

The FEX is an extremely versatile and effective fine
dust filter, suitable for the filtration and collection of numerous
powder types.
A completely self-contained dust collector, with fan, explosion relief, acoustic
attenuator and automatic controller the FEX uses high efficiency epitropic, antistatic
envelope filter elements.
The FEX is designed to accept combinations of air volumes and filtration areas
to meet varying applications of intermittent processes.
There are 30 models in the range, with filtration areas ranging from 3m² to
300m² and air handling volumes from 510m³/h up to 33,670m³/h.

FEJ FILTERS
The FEJ encompasses many of the features found in the FEX and is an extremely
versatile fine dust filter, capable of handling numerous dust types over
a wide range of applications.
A completely self-contained dust collector, with fan, explosion relief,
acoustic attenuator, the FEJ uses high efficiency envelope filter elements,
which are cleaned automatically with a return pulse jet system.
The pulse jet cleaning system enables continuous plant operation, without
the need to shut down for the cleaning cycle to run. Cleaning only takes
place once a preset differential pressure is reached, initiating the pulse
jet cleaning (cleaning is selective of the area of filter which has the
highest differential pressure).
The FEJ is designed to accept combinations of air volumes and filtration
areas to meet varying applications of intermittent processes.
There are 10 models in the range, with filtration areas ranging from 7m² to
83m², air handling volumes from 1,020 m³/h up to 12,245m³/h.
The FEJ can be supplied with a variety of collection, cleaning, and filter
material options.
