The Fercell commercial/industrial oven range is comprehensive, with different size, temperature and type options.

Electric – LPG – Natural Gas

Midi Box Oven

The Fercell Midi box ovens are for small batch curing requirements, with manual loading via a single front door.

The Midi box oven is ready installation pre-assembled, wired and tested only requiring connection to mains supplies (inc. exhaust system).

The Midi heat recirculation system uses a centrifugal fan set, circulating heated air through an insulated duct system, ensuring optimum thermal efficiency and low running costs.

The Midi incorporates all necessary safety/operation controls and explosion relief panels and can be supplied with additional control/charting systems.
Box Oven

The Fercell box oven is supplied, as standard, pre-assembled, wired and tested only requiring connection to mains services (inc. exhaust system).

For export and restricted access delivery, the modular designed ovens have a bolted panel construction, enabling economic delivery, assembly and installation.
The box oven can be supplied with either direct ribbon heat or heat recirculation systems.

The ribbon burner generates heat through low level banks of direct flame burners, allowing the most cost effective oven heating option, ribbon burner systems can only be used for applications which do not require accurate temperature control.
The recirculation system uses a centrifugal fan set, circulating heated air through an insulated duct system, ensuring optimum thermal efficiency and low running costs.

Manufactured for commercial and industrial applications, the oven is constructed from a variety of materials and is available in a variety of finishes.

The box oven incorporates various safety and operation controls, including anti-operator entrapment and explosion relief panels. The oven can be supplied with numerous options.

Conveyor Tunnel Oven
The Fercell conveyor oven is modular in design and has a bolted panel construction, enabling cost effective delivery and quick assembly/installation.

The conveyor oven is available in single, twin or multi-pass arrangements with heat recirculation system, incorporating centrifugal fan sets, insulated duct system, safety controls, chart recorders and explosion relief panels.

Conveyor systems are tailored to the specific requirements of the application with volume, weight, and dimension amongst other variables effecting selection.

Catalytic Infrared Oven
The Fercell infrared oven uses flameless gas fired catalytic technology to generate an economic heat source, which is completely safe even in the presence of flammable solvent based liquids and vapours.

The infrared oven has a recirculation system which uses a centrifugal fan set to draw the heated air (generated by the catalytic units and reflected heat) from the top of the oven passing in back around the oven and over the catalytic units (oxidising any solvent vapours).

The VOC or solvent vapours which pass across the face of the catalytic units are combusted without flame in the same manner as the gas fuel, this ensures improved environmental emissions of reduced VOCs, carbon dioxide and water vapour (there are no emissions of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide or sulphur dioxide).

The Fercell infrared oven is completely constructed from pre-fabricated double skin polished stainless steel panels, incorporating high grade rockwool insulation.

Mobile Catalytic Infrared Dryer
The Fercell mobile infrared dryer uses the same principle and fuel operation as the oven, generating an economic heat source wherever required.

The unit is complete with catalytic unit, articulated arm, trolley, support and electronic ignition control (gas bottle not supplied).

Once the heaters pre-heat cycle has finished the dryer runs on gas alone, and can be wheeled into any hazardous zoned area.

The VOC or solvent vapours which pass across the face of the catalytic units are combusted without flame in the same manner as the gas fuel. This ensures improved environmental emissions of reduced VOCs, carbon dioxide and water vapour (there are no emissions of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide or sulphur dioxide).
