KWIK-FIX DUCT

The Fercell Kwik-Fix ducting
system is a comprehensive programme of duct and duct fittings,
designed to minimise installation time and maximise efficiency.
Kwik-fix’s modular design ensures easy handling, quick
installation and complete re-usability, meeting and adapting
to the changing demands of production processes.
Kwik-fix duct is available from stock in 1000mm and 2000mm galvanised lengths
with diameters from 80mm up to 550mm, with different lengths, finishes and larger
diameters available to order.

The Fercell Kwik-fix system uses a flange
connection principle, each piece is supplied with flanged ends which
butt up against the flanged ends of other same diameter system components.
The pieces are then clamped tightly together using one of the many
locking connectors available.
As with the straight duct lengths Fercell
hold a massive quantity of Kwik-fix system components in
stock:
• Straight Lengths (1000mm & 2000mm Long – 80mm
to 1000mm diameters)
• Bends (15°, 30°, 45° and 90°)
• Blast Gates (Manual, Airtight, Pneumatic, Electric and Chain Operated)
• Throttle Valves (Manual, Airtight, Pneumatic and Electric)
• Hoods (Capture and Machine)
• Fire Dampers (Circular, Rectangular and Square)
• Silencers (Podded and Unpodded)

SQUARE & RECTANGULAR DUCT SYSTEM
As
well as the Kwik-Fix duct system, Fercell can supply a comprehensive
system of square and rectangular ducting, including straights,
bends, tapers (offset and straight) and branches.
Due to the infinite variations in dimensions, Fercell’s square and rectangular
ducting is manufactured to order from prime galvanised sheet steel.
Standard square and rectangular ducting is supplied with mez flange connection,
however other connection methods are available.
ANCILARY PARTS
Fercell stocks a large range of mechanical fixings, acoustic
materials, sealants, tapes, flexible flashings and strut
support systems for the installation of any duct system. |
