CABINET HEATERS

Cabinet heaters are designed to provide a comfortable cost effective heating solution for numerous industrial and commercial requirements.

Using premium quality materials in construction, from the electro zinc coated steel (coated with a durable stove enamelled epoxy polyester powder finish) of the main body to the 304/316 stainless steel of the heat exchanger they are robust, reliable and economical.

The standard heater is supplied for vertical floor mounting, other mounting options (including horizontal, down flow and external configurations) are available.

There are several options for air discharge distribution arrangements (driven by the quiet running and powerful centrifugal fan set) from directional nozzles to centralised duct distribution.
Each heater is supplied factory wired ready for automatic operation, complete with all fire safety valves, a 7 day time control, room and frost protection thermostats. The control unit has a ‘fan only’ run facility for the distribution of untreated air during warm periods.

The cabinet heater is delivered pre-built, ensuring simple and fast installation, requiring connection only to services and exhaust flue.

UNIT HEATERS

Unit heaters are designed to provide a comfortable cost effective heating solution for numerous industrial and commercial requirements.

Heater body construction is from the electro zinc coated steel with a durable stove enamelled epoxy polyester powder finish.

The manufacture of the heat exchanger is pressed, corrosion resistant, alumised steel, with the option of stainless steel construction (oil fired manufactured in stainless steel as standard).
With a proven field record as robust, reliable and economic heater, they are supplied factory wired ready for automatic operation, complete with all fire safety valves, a 7 day time control, room and frost protection thermostats. The control unit has a ‘fan only’ run facility for the distribution of untreated air during warm periods.

The standard heater is supplied for mounting by suspension or bracket and provides the solution for heating demands where space is at a premium.

Air distribution is supplied by a quiet running yet powerful axial fan, discharging through a series of adjustable, horizontal, louvers. The unit heater can also be used within ductwork systems, with the fan and outlet spigot option.

The unit heater is delivered pre-built, inspected, test fired and safety function tested ensuring simple and fast installation, requiring connection only to services and exhaust flue.

FLUE & ANCILLARY PRODUCTS
Flue & Chimney Products
With a range of pre-fabricated flue and vent systems, manufactured under strict quality procedures and in a variety of materials to suit a range of exhaust gas applications. All flue seams are securely lock-formed, with various joint coupling methods.

Designed for maximum ease of assembly, installation and with availability in various diameters.

A complete range of component parts including straight lengths, bends, tees, collars, brackets and termination cowls, providing everything required for a professional installation.

DE-STRATIFICATION FANS

Designed to reduce fuel use and improve distribution of warm air, the fans provide a permanent reduction in roof space temperature.

Supplied with 4 eye bolt points for suspension the fan is inspected and tested prior to delivery ensuring simple and fast installation, requiring connection only to a single phase electrical supply.

Ready for automatic operation, integrated thermostat, controlling operation only on temperature signal.

The rising heated air is forced downwards by the quiet running and powerful fan, through a 4 way louvre.

There are 5 models with air handling volumes ranging from 3000m³/h to 10690m³/h.
