The Fercell clean air room uses the same modular design principles as the
Sirocco and Cascade booth systems, enabling any size and performance
specification to be achieved.
Clean air process rooms are completely free-standing and self-supporting,
and can be incorporated into the existing process buildings/rooms. The
modular design enables the clean air room to be constructed in a sequence
of areas, catering for different processes and the conversion of existing
spray booth systems into totally enclosed process rooms.
The TD2 has been developed over many years to provide a robust solution
to the handling and movement of sprayed items. |

The TD2 bi-telescopic design provides maximum flexibility to carry items
of varying sizes and weights on both sides of the rack.
The TD2 can be efficiently stored, using the minimum of room when fully closed.
The TD2 is equipped with 20 pairs support rails, configured with a plastic
heat-shrink coating front fixed rail and a flo-coat loose rail. |
The TD2 has an operational width of 315mm to 1350mm and operational
depth of 910mm to 1440mm. The TD2 can handle an impressive maximum
load of 250Kgs (evenly distributed across all rails).
TT1 Telescopic Turntable

The Fercell TT1 is designed for the most challenging applications, which
demand smooth and free movement of panel parts during spraying operations.
The TT1 can be used to lift the item to an effective operation height obtaining
an even, high spray finish quickly and easily.
Manufactured from fine zinc coated
heavy gauge steel it is extremely robust and versatile. |
The TT1 has an impressive load capacity of 60Kgs and
its flexibility is demonstrated by the range of adjustment in height (675mm to
920mm), width (50mm to 600mm) and length (500mm to 1500mm). |
