The FFW is an effective and reliable solution for the filtration
and collection of difficult fibrous dusts. Equipped with a
self-induced wet spray scrubber it is able to handle materials
that are likely to generate sparks or become unstable when
being worked, such as aluminium.
FFW conforms to the requirements of both UK and USA aluminium regulations, along
with additional (optional) controls for the handling of magnesium and titanium.
There are numerous options to ensure that the FFW meets the particular requirements
of each process, from construction in stainless steel to additional acoustic
treatment.
FFW can be supplied with various waste collection arrangements, manual, hopper
discharge (including sludge valve) or mechanical rake system.
Suitable for both internal and external location, due to the option of automatic
fluid control, weather protection, frost guard and additional acoustic treatment.

The FFW standard construction material
is sheet steel finished in hardwearing epoxy paint, with the option
of stainless steel or GRP construction.
There are 13 models in the range, air handling volumes from 324m³/h up to
10,200m³/h.
