Fercell has a range of heating solutions to meet the requirements of the
most demanding industrial and commercial applications.
H Series

H Series of process
heaters are high performance units, incorporating a
high grade 316 stainless steel combustion chamber,
heat transfer duct and two, three or four pass heat
exchanger (cast iron needle fin exchanger elements
or flat plate).
The H Series is supplied with a high density fibre insulation skin and serviced
by internal radiation panels optimising thermal efficiency.
There are 3 models in the range, with heat outputs ranging from 190kW to 795kW,
air temperature rises of 100°C to 360°C and fuel options include Electricity,
Fuel Oil, Gas and LPG.

HT Series

HT Series is designed to give low to medium increases in air temperature
and to be used in numerous industrial/commercial process industries.
The HT has a 321 stainless steel combustion chamber connecting to a two pass
steel plate heat exchanger (stainless steel on P5HT).
The HT Series is fitted with internal radiation shields optimising thermal efficiency. |
There are 10 models in the range,
with heat outputs ranging from 30kW to 440kW, air temperature
rises of 95°C to 200°C and fuel options include Electricity,
Fuel Oil, Gas and LPG.

DFM Series

The DFM Series has been specifically designed
for the spray finishing industry to give low
increases in air temperature.
The DFM circular construction allows for connection directly into centralised
duct systems and axial flow fan sets ensuring quick and easy installation.
The DFM is complete with a fully modulating bar burner, gas train, thermal insulation
and internal radiation shield. |
There are 3 models in the range, with air handling ranging
from 8330m³/h
to 72,250m³/h up to an air temperature of 25°C.
The range can be supplied with fuel options include Electricity, Fuel Oil,
Gas and LPG.
