With a wide range of fans in the standard Fercell range there is a fan to suit every industrial application, however Fercell has the flexibility to provide bespoke units which meet customer’s special requirements.

Fercell fans are designed for tough industrial applications, featuring various impeller-type designs and delivering optimum performance and efficiency. Standardisation, using BS and European standard bearings, drives and seals ensuring easy maintenance.

PADDLE BLADE FANS

MV Range
The Fercell MV is a directly driven paddle bladed fan, designed to withstand harsh industrial applications where the transportation of heavy dust laden air is required.

The MV impellor is statically and dynamically balanced for stable, vibration-free, operation.

There are 6 models in the MV range, with pressure ranges from 160mm W/G up to 220mmW/G and air handling volumes from 2700m³/h up to 11,200m³/h.

K Range

There are 7 models in the K range, with pressure ranges from 285mm W/G up to 20mmW/G and air handling volumes from 12,100m³/h up to 18,000m³/h.

The K range of belt driven paddle bladed fans, are designed to for the transportation of air with a high percentage of large/heavy particles. The impeller is manufactured from heavy gauge plate steel (incorporating stiffening bars on the larger models) and is statically and dynamically balanced for stable, vibration-free, operation.

The belt driven formation enables numerous configurations of speed, pressure and volume matching the fan exactly to the requirements of the application

BACKWARD BLADED FANS

MVS Range
The MVS backward bladed fan is designed for handling light/medium dust loads in a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications. The direct drive MVS has an aerodynamic inlet, which reduces noise levels and maintains high peak efficiency.
The Fercell MVS impellor is statically and dynamically balanced for stable, vibration free operation

There are 4 models in the MVS range, with pressure ranges from 285mm W/G up to 320mmW/G and air handling volumes from 12,100m³/h up to 18,000m³/h.

Standard construction material is heavy gauge formed steel, with a hardwearing paint finish, however alternative materials and anti-corrosion finishes are available.

BIFURCATED FANS

NTB Range
Designed to perform in the most challenging applications, handling numerous types of contaminated air, the direct drive NTB is reliable, economical and low maintenance.

Available with various motor, impellor and zone (EExd) options.

There are 8 models in the standard range, with pressure ranges from 400mm W/G up to 2500mmW/G air handling volumes from 360m³/h up to 21,000m³/h.

MULTIVANE FANS

RP Range
The multi-vane forward curved fan design of the RP suits general ventilating applications, handling clean/lightly loaded air. The RP is directly driven by a range of T.E.F.C motors, with various speed options, and can be supplied for hazardous applications demanding.
There are 9 models in the RP range, with pressure ranges from 85mm W/G up to 370mmW/G and air handling volumes from 930m³/h up to 24,200m³/h.

AXIAL FLOW FANS

Long Case Axial Range
The LCA is a direct drive fan designed for transportation for clean air. The drive is coupled directly to the impellor, with the motor located within the air stream. The simple design is reliable, economic and easy to service.

Standard LCA impellor configuration has cast aluminium hubs with glass reinforced polypropylene blades, with an operating temperature range of 40°C to 100°C.
There are 7 models in the standard LCA range, with air handling volumes from 2754m³/h up to 47,600m³/h.

Belt Driven Axial Range

The Fercell BDA is designed for transportation for clean/lightly loaded air where it is necessary for the motor to be located away from the air stream. The BDA drive train, including bearings, pulleys and belts are away from the air stream, with only the impeller blades exposed.

Standard BDA impellor configuration has cast aluminium hubs with glass reinforced polypropylene blades, with an operating temperature range of 40°C to 100°C. For operating temperatures above 100°C, alternative materials are available.
 
There are 7 models in the standard BDA range, with air handling volumes from 2754m³/h up to 47,600m³/h.

BACKWARD BLADED AEROFOIL FANS

MT Range
The backward inclined blades and aerodynamic inlet design of the MT generate high volumes of air whilst minimizing power consumption. Flexibility to configure speed, pressure and volume is provided by the indirect drive coupling, matching the fan characteristics to the application. Designed for handling clean or lightly loaded air, the MT is quite running and maintains very high peak efficiency.

ACCOUSTICS


Fercell also manufactures a wide range of acoustic solutions, were the operational noise levels require reduction. Both acoustic housings and in-line silencers can be supplied to suit fan characteristics.

Utilising flexible connectors, anti-vibration pads and fire retardant sound absorbing materials, Fercell's acoustic solutions maximise noise reductions.

For large fan units, Fercell’s acoustic housings incorporate a cool air make-up system, where external air is drawn through the housing and across the drive motor, extracting the motor generated warm air.
