MINI-ARM
 |
The Fercell MINI is a versatile extraction arm, with countless applications
throughout industry.
The MINI can be either wall or bench mounted and is supplied complete
with a hood mounted damper valve.

The arms friction-influenced joints ensure smooth and easy manoeuvring/location
in the desired position. With the mechanics located on the outside
of the arm, it is particularly suited for larger particle extraction
applications, due to improved air handling capacity and reduced
pressure drop.
The MINI-ARM has an extended length of 1000mm and a suction hood diameter
of 205mm (main pipe diameter is 100mm).
FLEXI-ARM

The FLEXI can be mounted from ceiling, wall or bench (using various
bracket options) and is supplied complete a damper valve within
the suction hood.
The FLEXI has friction-influenced joints, 360° pivotal suspension
and balanced support arms, ensuring easy manoeuvring and location
in the desired position. |
The FLEXI has an extended length of 1500mm and a suction hood diameter
of 190mm (main pipe diameter is 125mm).
COMPACT-ARM

The Fercell COMPACT telescopic arm is designed for use where space
is a premium.
The COMPACT arm can be either wall (using a wall bracket) or ceiling
mounted and can supplied complete with a hood mounted damper valve.

The arms telescopic action is controlled/adjusted
by a spring balance dial and with friction-influenced
joints is easily manoeuvred/located in the desired
position. All mechanics are located within the flexible
section of the arm, and controlled manoeuvring is
easy with the multi-angled hood.
The COMPACT telescopic arm has a working length of 1000mm to 2000mm and
has a suction hood diameter of 310mm (main pipe diameter is 160mm).
IBS-ARM

The IBS is a comprehensive range of self-supporting extraction arms.
Manufactured from alloy and flame-resistant flexible materials,
they combine lightweight operation and strength, to deliver a robust
solution to many industrial applications.
The IBS is easily installed, designed for ceiling/wall (wall bracket
required) mounting.
The IBS can be rotated through 360° and is supported and easily
manoeuvred due to its tension springs and ceramic clutch system.

The IBS is construction using smooth bore tubing, which
delivers improved air handling performance with reduced
pressure drop making it ideal for larger particle extraction.
The free movement of air also reduces turbulence and
noise levels (generated by suction).
The IBS capture hoods are manufactured from steel and supplied complete
with a flow control valve.
A low voltage switch for the remote control of ancillary equipment and
halogen lamp can be fitted within the suction hood as an option.
There are 16 models in the IBS range, with
working lengths ranging from 1000mm up to 8000mm and suction
diameters from 50mm up to 200mm.
