The Fercell Kwik-Fix system incorporates six
methods of duct connection:
Pull Ring (two piece)
Heavy Duty Pull Ring (two piece)
Wide Band Ring
Rapid Lock Ring
Bolt Flange
Hose Clip (worm drive)

Using these different connection systems within the Kwik-Fix programme enables
both rapid installation and dismantling, delivering a unique flexibility to
amend (and keep amending) as often as required. |
KWIK-FIX HEAVY DUTY PULL RING
The
Fercell Heavy Duty Pull Ring is designed for use with Fercell
2.0mm and 3.0mm Heavy Wall duct and fittings.
The Heavy Duty Pull Rings are manufactured from prime galvanised steel and is
supplied in two halves, with all necessary nuts and bolts and seal.
Available in diameters ranging from 100mm up to 550mm.
KWIK-FIX PULL RING

The Fercell Pull Ring is manufactured from prime galvanised steel and is supplied
in two halves and without seal (consideration should be given to system air
leakage and the use of Fercell strip seal or silicone sealant).

Each Pull Ring is supplied complete
with all necessary nuts and bolts, ready for use.
Available from stock in diameters
ranging from 80mm up to 500mm
KWIK-FIX WIDE BAND RING

The Fercell Wide Band Ring is designed for use with larger diameter duct, manufactured
from prime galvanised steel and is supplied in a single piece and without seal
(consideration should be given to system air leakage and the use of Fercell
strip seal or silicone sealant). |
Each Wide Band Ring is supplied
complete with all necessary nuts and bolts, ready for use.
Available from stock in diameters ranging from 200mm up to 650mm.
KWIK-FIX RAPID
LOCK RING

The Fercell Rapid
Lock Ring gives the ultimate in installation/dismantling
speed, using a toggle lever profile ducting can be
connected without any tools. |
Designed to give optimum strength to the duct system joint,
the Rapid Lock Ring is manufactured from prime galvanised
steel and is supplied in a single piece (over 400mmø are
secured with nut and bolt for greater strength and stability)
with PVC inlaid seal.
Available in diameters ranging from 80mm up to 600mm.
KWIK-FIX BOLT FLANGE

The Fercell Bolt Flange is the strongest of the connection systems, manufactured
from heavy gauge hot dipped zinc steel.
They can be supplied loose or attached to any of the Fercell Kwik-Fix duct pieces
(this must be specified at time of ordering) |
They are supplied in a single piece without
nuts, bolts and seal.
Available in diameters ranging from 80mm up to 1000mm.
KWIK-FIX HOSE CLIP

The Hose Clip is manufactured from heavy gauge zinc plated steel and is designed
for compression fixing of flexible hose.
They are supplied in a single piece and are available in diameters ranging from
30mm up to 225mm. |
