HIGH PRESSURE

The AIR-T is a comprehensive range of highly
effective and powerful vacuum units, available in mobile and fixed
system arrangements. Reliable and with a proven record with a diverse
range of dusts, they are designed for processes demanding greater
levels of pressure through small diameter pipe.
The AIR-T range utilises
Teflon coated filter elements (exceptional life) with a multi-stage
configuration, delivering consistent pressure and air volume through
reverse pulse-jet cleaning system (operated by an electronic differential
pressure control). The control system can be further enhanced with
the option of remote control for operation and control over great
distances as well as different levels and rooms.
The AIR-T can be used for single hand held tool extraction or multiple work station
extraction and with single drive and multi-drive turbine units they are extremely
energy efficient (turbines only run when work stations come on-line, thereby
only generating suction when required).
When used in conjunction with hand held tools the AIR-T starts/stops automatically
when the tool is operated.

There are 6 models in the
range, with air handling volumes from 480m³/h up to
1700m³/h and a suction capacity to extract from 6 up
to 22 tools at any one time. System capacity can be increased
further by parallel connection of multiple units, providing
extensive performance.

CENTRALISED PIPE SYSTEM & ACCESSORIES
Speed-Fix Pipe System
The erection and installation of a centralised system is extremely
fast, using Fercells High Pressure Speed-fix pipe system. The Fercell
Speed-fix system works on a push and go principle, with all connection
joints sealed, enabling fast modification, if ever required.
Speed-fix is a comprehensive pipe system, with pipes, hose, bends,
branches, couplings, reducers and valves available in varying dimensions.
A coaxial hose arrangement is available providing power, air and
suction to the tool through one service hose, aiding housekeeping
and improving health and safety.
Spark Arrestor (RAC/1M)
The AIR-T can handle materials that are likely to generate sparks,
when used in conjunction with a spark arrestor. The RAC/1M is installed
prior to the main unit, to reduce the risk of sparks entering the
filter chamber.
Service Pendant
The AIR-T service pendant delivers all the supplies required, power,
air (regulated) and suction, reducing tripping hazards and improving
working conditions.
Swing Arm

Increased flexibility is
provided by the Fercell Swing Arm, designed as an integrated
arm supplying all the services (power, air and suction) required
directly to the tool or a service pendant. The Swing Arm
has a maximum working distance of 5.7 metres. |
Hose Reel (FE-TSHL-N-635)

The FE-635 hose reel is designed specifically for use with the Speed-fix system.
The reel operation is by heavy duty double spring cassette and comes complete
with a 7 metre length of 28mm hose and cuff end connector. The reel locking
ratchet operation holds the hose at the length required, and is quickly released
by a single pull forward. |
